Avocados are overrated.

Ill eat them for 3 and a half months and be good the rest of the year.
 
My family (Puerto Rican) used to eat them all the time when I was young. The big, brighter green joints. Not the little Haas ones.

Cut them into slices the long way and sprinkle some salt on them.

Cheap. Quick. Delicious.
 
Dinner done. Not my most photogenic feat, but definitely tasty.

Emmy burger met expectations. 8 oz. patty, aged cheddar, caramelized onions, pickles, spicy Korean BBQ aioli on a pretzel bun. Fries were blanched and then crisped again in a Dutch oven and seasoned with salt, pepper, onion, garlic, paprika, cayenne, and dried thyme/rosemary.

Delicious, but I'm ready for bed now. :lol:
