Homemade fried chicken.

I used almond flour instead of AP. Pretty good. Definitely more gritty versus using AP, but it did not have a weird after taste as I feared.

We finally got an authentic Jamaican restaurant here owned by a native Jamaican called Pimenta.

Pretty damn crispy.

I used a dredge-wet-dredge manuever and it came it pretty good.

Naw.
Most people down here like waffle house except upitty people.

Maybe sketchy is the wrong word.

IHOP in its prime was better than WH, mainly because hot syrup. Now that they are gone the throne is up for grabs. For sure better than Denny’s tho.

I had Waffle House when I was down in NC, I was not impressed at all.

Not a fan of the thin waffle and bootleg syrup.
