FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

If you need a lot get a non stick jelly roll pan
line with parchment paper
make a decent sized circle of shredded cheese (the size of a taco shell) x as many as you need
Let them broil in the oven about 3-5 minutes. depending on oven speed.
Make sure the edges are browned and the inside has meshed together
*while thats cooking
Grab a few glasses and space them apart on top of some paper towels (so it can catch the grease)
connect them with a wooden spoon or some kabob sticks cover them with foil
When you take the shells out the oven let them cool for about 30 secs to a min to let them semi harden, then hang them up.

If I'm having egg & cheese as a sandwich, I'll let the cheese lay melted like this. If I'm plating it, I'm breaking it and cooking it within the eggs. Is that weird?

Not at all, I mean the cheese is there either way

"Plating it", man takes me back to my server days.

For the record, jelly only belongs on sausage biscuits if we’re going talking breakfast sandwiches

Seems like a lot going on with that sandwich.

Buddy of mine doesn't dig on swine. Always brings over that turkey bacon and turkey sausage crap if we are doing brunch at the house.
