I have a lil charcoal kettle and a gas grill - not sure which I'll be using yet, depends on what I end up cooking tbh

Sam the cooking guy has a 50/50 brisket & ground beef burger which sounds amazing

edit: I do like using the gas for convenience

Hawaiian sweet roll BBQ brisket sandwich from Arby’s is fuego. Arby’s is a hella underrated fast food joint.

Las Bovedas de Cibeles, Madrid. Nothing special, bus dropped us off by the plaza and we were starving. Delta dropped the ball, one of my less pleasant flights with them. Anyway, calamari with garlic mayo, jamon iberico croquetas, Mahou draft and patata omelette.
