Yes, flautas. Kind of expensive but knew I wouldn't get out there too often so I didn't think too much on price. Plus pretty generous with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and cheese. The pastor and lengua tacos were the best. Asada was surprisingly good. The carnitas was the only disappointing thing.

I raided an Italian deli Saturday to avoid the pre-Pentecost frenzy at the supermarket. So it's pasta yesterday, today and tomorrow. Made some Guanciale and Pappadelle with Olio Piccante. It came out pretty mild tasting, but I absolutely loved it. I don't know, if I can go back to regular bacon again.

Tacos look legit. Are those queso fresco crumbles under that sauce?

Sauce looks a little heavy for my taste. All that's missing is some pickled red onions and cabbage.
