Belated birthday ****.
Been training all week to let it rip today. Had to wait til Friday because I had a gang of wine and can’t even get it going like I need to with the kids in the AM during the week.
I worked out in a dungeon of a boxing gym today and these ************* turned the fans OFF in there when I trained because I told them this was my grand finale before I cut loose tonight.
