Im from the bronx lived in queens & spent plenty of summers uptown (eastside of harlem ..stinking lincoln)....nobody i was around(from any borough) fam or friends all know what buttered rolls are....i Couldnt tell u abot s.i or any “white parts”

Idk where the conclusion i got mad or “super pissed” come from .. the fact of the matter was dudes said they never heard the term butter roll & ran with it .... only 2 ni***hs said they heard of it others said they never heard the term at all ...how did i get called out because of what me & those around me called it in ny hoods & i questioned the environment u dudes come from in the city? Grew up in Manhattanville (133 & Amsterdam) and Grant projects (125th). Not sure if I ever heard a bagel called a butter roll. Like I said, it could be because my age, but nah I never heard anyone call a bagel a butter roll. I heard that for a roll, but not bagel.
