There's ways to reincorporate some moisture and flavor after refrigeratingCan't do chicken past the 2nd day, old chicken one of the worst things ever. Rather season, freeze then cook as needed.

It was good but not that good. Never again.
But it is gonna last a couple meals so it all evens out I guess.
I’ve been there but not for the buffet, didn’t know they have a buffet hour. They’re good, I think their portions are bigger than other Thai places. Been a while since I’ve went as well.Go to Siam Bay

Buffet during lunch hours from Tue-Fri. Usually have Pad Thai, Fried Rice, Chicken Wings, Curry Chicken, Soup, and the Tapioca Banana Dessert. Great value and pretty good food. I haven't been there for a while, but I think it was $20 for the buffet?

Could have spent $80 on some "Thai"
It’s not that bad since $12 went to tip and service fee.

Man, anytime my bill on doordash gets past $40. I go back to old orders and say things were missing so they can refund me or give me credit.
Only times I've paid $60+ is when it's some expensive *** steak

Sometimes you gotta treat yourself.
And sometimes that treat is the only place open in the middle of the night.

$12 for Siam Bay Buffet cannot be beat. A Plate of Pad Thai costs that much anywhere else.
