Last time I was in a cooking class it was HS and it was basically for the easy A and the girls.

If I ever need to learn to cook something new I just go to YouTube and maybe also add in one of my fav famous chefs.

It is easier to just go to a source; want to cook Indian food? Find you an Indian chick thats eating well. Spanish food? Latina shorty. Italian food? Definitely get an Italian girl and her mom, aunt, grandma, etc. Same for Caribbean.

I don't care about pasta.

Other non pasta dishes have never impressed ME.
