I stick with only Katsu sauce. And it has to be the thicker sauce, not the really watery, runny kind.

Never had chicken parmesean before, so I decided to make some. It was a pain to prepare, but it turned out well. My folks said that it was excellent and that the chicken melts in your mouth. Momma said she couldn't have made it better herself.

Yea, be thui is awesome! My dad usually makes it with bo tai chanh too but I guess he did double bo tai chanh this timeI love this......
