Low to no carb depending on manufacturer. Tasteless so they absorb the seasonings quite well and they mimic the texture of spaghetti. Definitely worth the effort to find them.

Nah. The steam from the container just gonna keep it moist. I mainly like the rice anyway for the most part with this dish

freaking delicious. The brine they used in the chicken was some of the best I ever had. Also I love supporting local businesses.

I’ve never tried Kelp Noodles, but a Poke place I go to served Kale Noodles, which I think are pretty good and also are much lower carb than regular noodles.

I get the logic of wanting to dismiss Mexican food served in the NE but you never know until you eat there.
