Any ideas for pumpkin butter? Wife scooped me up a jar from the farmers market last weekend.

Real talk. Shoot the sauce recipe

I used:
2 cans of Whole Peeled Tomatoes
1 medium onion
Fresh Thyme
Half a stick of unsalted butter (going to omit the butter next time, just to see how it will taste)
Salt to taste

Throw everything in a pot EXCEPT the salt. and cook until the tomatoes break down. Once that's done I put everything in a food processor and season with salt.
 


I am what you call a dumb cook...i dont measure anything. But i used, ground turkey, fire roasted tomatoes, beef bullion, some mexican chili powder i have, a little homemade seasoning, onions, garlic, cumin, tomato paste, worchester sauce, smoked paprika. For toppings i sued avocado, green onions, cilantro, grilled jalepenos, and cheese

Question on the ramen dish is that a hair in the lower right corner, if so I hope it's yours.
 
I honestly probably couldnt give out any good recipe. lol Even the staples I cook I always add something new or do something different. If you cook a lot. you just know...


My mom, who is a really good cook, is that way. I’ve asked her to give me recipes for some of my favorite dishes of hers and never does because she doesn’t measure anything out. |l :lol:
