It shouldn't be, I tip on quality of service.
I work at a restaurant, and if I got 15%, I'd be grateful. Went to a joint recently and the service was so bad, I left $1.36 for a $50 bill.
I normally tip 15% for people who work for their tip.

Not a huge fan of the Americanized Chinese food, but I can sorta understand why people would like it.
But I highly suggest you look elsewhere if you wanna try authentic Chinese food. It's like going to taco bell only and saying Mexican food is disgusting.
