FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Never had goat or duck.

Another ignorant prejudice of mine but when I think of goat, I think it stinks even though I'm not sure if I'm smelling goat or not.
Im not the biggest fan of goat (i dont go crazy for it) but from my experience if it smells its not cooked right.

I know this is the case for lamb, which i love.

I've had lamb, not a fan.

It was in taco form so not chops.

Might of been the seasoning.

I like goat.
There's this Indian goat dish that's really good.

I like duck too.
People I've known who don't like it say it's "slimy"
"Peking" duck is great

Duck isn’t really an American staple either until Thanksgiving and Christmas.. maybe. Folks don’t know what to do with it.

Copped doubles as well.

Goat has to be washed properly and cooked correctly. When making curry goat, you have to use plenty ginger and garlic along with pimento.
I ordered for my coworker too, mans straight from Delhi so i told them make his as spicy as they can cuz he always tells me **** isnt hot, its sweet.

Lol smh they made mine spicy af too, mouth was bun up
