I have never done ribs so I don't look stuff up rib related. Nice point on the acids and the membranes (I knew that part).

It sounds that way from reports from local reporting like Laist and Eater. The wholesalers have mostly started selling straight to consumer to try and add business with the absence of the restaurants ordering.

You know where I can find some Scotch Bonnets down here? Maybe I haven't even LOOKED for them. I see Habeneros whenever I hit up the Hispanic markets. Maybe an African Market?

Got my #carbman on tonight. A whole baked potato with butter and sour cream. Skins and errythang...was delicious. Was not photogenic though.

**** i'd love to know myself, international markets tend to mostly have habaneros. Closest i've ever gotten was some ghost peppers from a random farmers market in va that outside of the heat really had similar flavor.
Def should have hit Devon house for some stout ice cream and the patty.
