Speaking of sounds horrible, I came across a recipe for Dill Pickle Soup on-line this morning. Does that sound good to anyone?
 
had a KC strip for the first time last night
i like the bone in as opposed to the ny strip. it was delicious but i still prefer ribeye

If anybody is wondering about the difference:

A Kansas City Strip Steak has a small portion of the bone (top corner of the "T") still attached as well as a thin strip of fat. The New York Strip steak is completely trimmed off the bone and doesn't have the tail fat. Otherwise they are same "strip" of short loin.
 
Grilled up some corn
Cilantro lime chicken
Little cute steaks
And chicken marinaded in yogurt and tandoori spices

didn’t get good pics but here’s what I did get. I know steak overcooked. But was still very good.

Made some sliders today for lunch with the leftover chicken. Added some aged cheddar.

Eh. Adjunct lagers are all pretty similar with some subtle differences between them. Doesn’t really matter where they’re from.

That’s why I scratched my head when Kimchi Papi talked a whole bunch of trash about American beers, then said he only drinks Heineken and Stella. Like of all things to be a snob about you choose cheap beer?:lol:
