My kid loves tacos. He specifically asked for tacos and told me not to forget the lime so here we are...

Watching Melrose Place.

One character was visiting another character's house and she asked if she could have some of his milk.

Have you EVER asked or been on tbe receiving end of such a request?

Asking for someone's milk seems so personal.

Did a fried chicken experiment last night. I fried two chicken breasts. The one on the left I sous vide first, let it cool, then fried it. The one on the right was my "control" and just did a normal fry. I thought the juiciness/tenderness of the sous vide method plus the crunchy breading would make for a better fried chicken but nah. It was juicy and tender but the breading didn't really stick and wasn't as crunchy. Could have fried it longer but didn't want to over cook it. I preferred the OG method.

Was it the best thing I ever ate? Of course not.
Was it bomb? Also no.
Was it good? Not really...about 5.5/10 if i'm being honest.

So why did I share those pictures in here? I want others to know it's okay to not always eat the finest food & it's okay to share pictures when you do.
