burger with provolone, green peppers, onions, and spicy chilli sauce

very good. the bread and sauce made it. the burger meat was the weakest part
 
Man I used to be like 120 pounds. Now I’m at like 185. It was a struggle to get to 160. I ate 5k calories a day for years. :lol:

I’m just playing though I know you can eat too many carbs. I just try and stay at 180 now.
 
I burn it every time. I think it’s because I am not giving it my attention.

I always side track lol.
Oh well yeah that literally is KEY to baking. PAYING ATTENTION :lol:

I noticed when ppl get sidetracked while cooking its at most 15 min or so. That's fine when you slow cooking, stewing, braising, smoking, grilling, etc. Cuz at worse when its something you can walk away from it'll be something a little charred or overcooked.

Baking though, that's burnt.

Get you a ringing timer man.
