true, I went today and it wasn’t that bad. Probably because it snowed a bunch and people were hibernating.
 
I get it. The visual can be "off-pudding" for some folks.

With a regular ribeye, you get the crust/exterior all around.

With a Prime RIb, unless you are fortunate enough to get the outer piece, you just have that open slab of meat.

I would prefer the outer portion so I could get some crust, but after that, I'm good on IT.
