neapolitan pizzas are fire. less dough. thin crust with crunch all on the outside.
also less greasy and not heavy. definitely different to every other pizza.

grandmas are good as hell. much better than sicilian slices imo. typically I only have them in NY, so I'm hoping this place is legit. would be nice to have them more regularly

yeah the lightness of neapolitans is what's great. you can eat a whole a pie and not feel bloated
