no invite?!! I see them boys weren’t playin around though. That’s real cabinlife out in eastern Oregon

I’m smoking a brisket on Sunday - anyone got good suggestions for sides?

so far I’m thinking the usual mashed potatoes, corn bread, green beans... but it would be nice to have something different.

no Mac and cheese?
Braised Kale with Sweet potatoes cuts

Think I’m going to a Korean BBQ spot tomorrow. Haven’t had much experience with Korean food aside from bibimbap, gochujang, kimchi, and Korean wings. Any guidance regarding what to order is appreciated.

Beef short ribs(kalbi) make sure it’s marinated
Pork belly(samyeopsal)
Beef brisket strips(chadolbaegi)

But for me I just stick with the kalbi
In my experience the all you can eat spots the meat quality isn’t the greatest
For good quality meat you have to pay a little more for each plate at the non all you can eat spots
Of course if your drinking get soju and OB beer
For appetizers get seafood pancake
Also don’t forget you get unlimited side dishes if you want more just have to ask
