They got an Indian restaurant in Columbia, Mangos I think. It’s pretty good. Love all the Pho Spots out there too. I used to work out there, and look forward to lunch break just to try some new **** out

Kinda both? Spent all my summers as a kid in Connecticut watching the Sox, but then was watching and going to games in Baltimore when I was home.
Obviously haven't been in a while, so i'm sure some are closed, but some good ones were The Pig, Barmini/minibar, Kith/Kin, Spark, Del campo etc. Even if they are closed something new will pop up in their place as DC is one of those food places like NY, LA etc.
Every city has a food SCENE though.it's food man, and Baltimore isn't that big
if you're not eating out there like that or sticking to the same spots that's one thing
but plenty of times should be plenty
