Garage fridge is for beer and stuff that doesn’t fit in the other two.

shrimp pad thai and lemongrass chicken lettuce wraps.

the trinity of sauces it came with.the 3 together was so good that at the end I was just dipping lettuce in them and eating it like that.
sweet and tangy, peanut sauce, and hot sauce.

Booked a trip up to Boston/Providence for next month. Will be first time leaving MD since pandemic began. Ready for some lobsters. Definitely going to stop by Trillium and some of the other breweries too.

When ya suegra treats you better than your girl. The last pic the best yuca ive had in yrs. great yuca is hard to find. Only an expert knows how to pick them out.

Damn, that yucca does look good, but where the chicharron though.?

Went to Costco for the first time in nearly a year and they had beef ribs. Seemed excessive to have the grill going all day for that so I put on a pork belly too - then added it to sauce/honey/brown sugar for the last hour.

Was good. Good texture. And yes, I put syrup on after I ate the fritata.

I’m no meat expert but the usda prime beef brisket at Costco is good
