These all sound good. I would go with the mushroom cheese steak, but only if they are fresh mushrooms (I hate canned mushrooms).

not mad at it for the price but nothing special
melted American cheese and peppers hit the most
American cheese, peppers, grilled onion, mushrooms would be perfect

That's the worst
I understand places gotta increase prices and all
But you gotta keep the portions the same
