But it's crazy when I see folks buying those huge bottles of hidden valley ranch at costco :lol:
 
I’ve tried Nopales a few times and wanted to like it more than I actually did. Maybe the place I had them at just doesn’t do them well.
how were they served? We usually have them with diced onion and tomato and use that as a topping on tacos. Sort of like pico de Gallo. Or we grill them joints. Either way fire.

I had a beer that was brewed with prickly pear cactus once. Was actually really good.

The Pico-de-Gallo style is how I’ve had them. I think my mistake was just eating them as a side and not adding them to the main entree I was eating (huaraches con frijoles y queso).

Costillas de Puerco con Nopales looks amazing.
 
Great, it's one of my favorite brands and flavors. They sell them at Home Goods/TJ Maxx?Marshalls for $6.
