BLT from yesterday. No ketchup needed on the fries, it was good the way it is

Other than that mostly eating my meal prep. Mainly chicken breast and trying different sides so I don't get bored

Did you apply true chars to those hot dogs before you blanketed them?

Or were they boiled?

whats the brown stuff in the 3rd pic
Refried beans. So random but I didn't know what to make with it other than a burrito.

No char but I heated them up before wrapping it because it was going to get baked for 14 minutes. Wanted I bring out the flavor of the Angus beef by cooking it longer.

Burrata and white slice pies. Wanted a mushroom instead of white pie but they didn’t have any mushrooms.

I’d give the pizza about a 8.5-9. It’s really good but I have had better pies. For those who like fancy pizza is worth a try. Maybe the flavor combo works for you more. I will say that using creamy burrata on pizza works and I never seen it offered before.

That margarita pizza looks bomb

The south side of Williamsburg makes me laugh though. I grew up in greenpoint in the 90s and lived there through 2017 so I’ve seen the neighborhood and Williamsburg change. But south side use to be really bad. And you can still see a little bit of the hood that’s left there. But then you got hipster pop up restaurants everywhere. Some of these hipsters def getting mugged at night :lol

Can confirm that this sandwich is 🔥. Gotta be the 1861 original version though. Not recommended for individuals with hypertension due to the high sodium levels.

I highly recommend washing it down with a bottle of water.

Did you eat both biggie?

Not judging. I'd eat both but I'm on a diet now

Anyone been to Austin or the surrounding area? I’ll be there next week and would like some recommendations outside of the standard Franklins. Already got that reserved for Friday.

Terry Blacks BBQ

In 3rd world countries like Australia they don't have hot dog buns, they just use a regular slice of bread lmao.

I do this alot with hot dogs and sausage. Honestly hot dog bread is unnecessary. Same with burger buns. Regular shaped bread works just fine.
