I was just thinking about what to make tomorrow, thanks for the inspiration.
 


Heard of this place. I'm not a big fan of edibles as is, so I can't see myself ever seeking this out. Also tend to want to eat at least 3-4 slices if I'm eating pizza and this could be extremely dangerous. :lol:

Slightly related: Philly-based Pizza Gutt makes some awesome looking pizza and seems top have connections to a lot of well-known glassblowers/pipe makers in the Fishtown area. Always see them cross-posting one another on their IG stories.
 
But the texture seems like it would be slimy and mushy and overall unappetizing

It’s definitely more so a taste you acquire. Next time you are at a top tier steakhouse or restaurant, try beef tartare.Worst case you won’t like it. I hated it as a kid but now as I’m older if it’s seasoned right it can be a great app.

Ahi tuna tartare is mouth watering too.
