Heard of this place. I'm not a big fan of edibles as is, so I can't see myself ever seeking this out. Also tend to want to eat at least 3-4 slices if I'm eating pizza and this could be extremely dangerous.

I had the prime rib at keens medium rare and that was perfect in my opinion. I don’t mind a rare steak from some places under some specific cuts. But rare really needs top tier spot.

Beef isn’t like chicken. I don’t know the science, but raw beef is eaten in a lot of contexts.

It really depends on where it’s sourced. I wouldn’t recommend eating raw beef from your local Safeway

It’s definitely more so a taste you acquire. Next time you are at a top tier steakhouse or restaurant, try beef tartare.Worst case you won’t like it. I hated it as a kid but now as I’m older if it’s seasoned right it can be a great app.

Ahi tuna tartare is mouth watering too.
