Yeah, I'm blanking on the word and don't feel like googling but they got words for pork and lamb.

Puerco/cerdo, cordero, cabra, we use all of those. The only time carne is specified is when its a rare type of beef like Cebu. E.g. Carne de Cebu

I’m staying in Juárez Zona Rosa area.

A local recommended this place - La Casa De Todos. Both location had a line - 15-20 mins wait.

Yo, at my friend’s bachelor party they wanted to hit up the buffet for dinner before we went to Spearmint Rhino. I told them that was stupid. I didn’t eat that much but still felt awful.
