Chef Mike has its place in the kitchen. Not always the ideal re-heating device, but it's useful for a lot of things.

Anywho, eating off this menu tonight. Gonna get the short rib ravioli with truffles and the skate entree. Still undecided on starters.

What's happening here? The "sauce" for this gets developed as the sausage and broccoli cook

With olive oil, garlic, chicken broth, pepper, crushed red pepper, pecorino, parmesan

Then the cooked pasta is added and everything is mixed together

Nothing is added after except for additional cheese
Uncultured Americans. That Orechiette w/sausage and broccoli\rabe is a great dish.
