Yes there is a lot of rice DCAllAfrican DCAllAfrican but idc there was a lot of beef as well, besides I didn't eat a lot of rice this week. Gotta go back home tomorrow and hit the gym again

Was the skin crispy? How'd you do it? Crispy pork skin is like my achilles heel.

You cook it until almost fall off the bone then you raise the heat as high as possible for the last 30 min to crisp the skin. Also basting the skin with vinigar around the end helps the crackling process.
