FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Free Dominoes is the only way I'll eat it, so I don't blame you.

I got a second box of mediocre pizza. I'm going to put my own toppings on it to make it edible.

WHole thread, damn.

Me and a family acquaintance was just discussing this last weekend. Unfortunately supermarkets and restaurants can't give this food away because your local Goverment can file charges and levy fines against businesses. Pretty certain some would rather toss it than give it away as well just cause of greed.

All these spots be wildin with that wasting BS. I tell the employees gimme all the stuff you gonna toss itll be eaten by someone trust
Who do you usually ask for the food? Grocery stores or fast food spots?

ANd do they usually comply?

BBQ Plant-Based ChckN Pizza.

CPK, Marina Del Rey, CA

*edit - pizza was on Chickpea crust, which is new for CPK. Didn’t love it. Not firm enough for my taste. Of non-traditional pizza crusts, I prefer cauliflower

I never understand this logic when you say it.

What do you do when you need to use your napkin?
What don't you understand? I come in peace.

What do you do when you need to use your napkin?
"Excuse me, can I please have some extra napkins."
"No problem sir."

I feel the same way about people putting their phones on dirty public tables.

Mostly because the tables are sprayed down and cleaned in between customers, the napkin and utensils come in contact with the table, and odds are you’re making contact with the table at some point throughout the meal.

Just seems like you’re bogging down on something that’s very low risk.

Would it make a difference to you if I told you that I saw them clean the table immediately before we sat down?
