It’s different from a quiche in the sense that there’s no cheese, less egg, more meat (ground pork) and other unique fillers such as glass noodles and wood ear mushrooms. It can be seasoned with fishsauce, shrimp paste, salted fish, salted egg. I’d say it’s closer to a meatloaf than a quiche.Didn't even notice it forreal.
So is "eggloaf" essentially a thicker quiche?
