Crab cake & lobster/shrimp cake for dinner. I should've gotten some lettuce & tartar sauce yesterday. Both were pretty good. Crab cake had a nice spice to it. Snacked on cauliflower stalks with this Cilantro lime salsa I saw in the international aisle at Walmart.

Youre better than this maqbool. The only thing of quality here is the chocolates. :lol:

LA heads-

Gonna be in LA this weekend staying near USC. Any good breakfast spots out that way?

Not needing anything fancy - just good breakfast.
 
Is the whole wheat bun the default bun or did you swap out?

You can consider a default bun because Islands gives you a choice between wheat or white for the bun. I normally pick wheat.

The only thing I deviated from the default dynamics with that burger was adding an extra patty and substituting nasty old Swiss cheese with cheddar cheese.

🤣 No love for the cauliflower stalks & salsa? Damn, tough crowd, lol. Yes, you're right I'm better than this. Next crab cake will be a good one. I didn't stock up on sandwich items hence the poor quality crab cakes.
Made himself a couple crab unmelts :lol:

Unmelts :lol:. I don't know why it happens but I follow the cooking instructions. Put it in the wall oven on 415 degrees for 20 mins or so & they still came out mushy. What am I doing wrong?
