I use thyme for most of my curries snd stews. I just dump the whole thing in there and pick it out later. The stems add flavor.

Yep. Once the food cooks, I remove the stems then. Same thing with the pepper or bay leaves. I don't bother with the allspice though, I don't have that kind of time :lol:

I leave habaneros in there for a little excitement. :lol: Most of the heat has usually already cooked out but still hurts if I unknowingly get one on my plate.

Gonna be that guy and say chicken parm or spaghetti and meatballs for the reasoning of if they can’t get those right the rest of the menu probably isn’t worth trying.
