Cherry Valley is def one of the GOAT Delis in NYC . If only they were halal I'd be there everyday, lol. Their tuna is great though so I don't feel like I'm settling. You ever had the tuna melt? If not, give it a shot next time.

If done right it's really good. Sure you'll find a spot or two around your way that has a legit tuna melt. I highly recommend you try it at least once.

They're right across the street, lol. I heard they are equally good as Cherry Valley if not better. Going to look through their menu & see what's up tuna wise since nothing is halal. On my way back next to the Cross Island expwy I saw a new pizza spot called View. Looked nice on the outside, might have to swing hy & check it out.

Yes. In a hot sandwich with cheese. Definitely not for me, but my wife likes them.

Day 28 of Ramadan went with tuna melt on a hero & onion rings from Cherry Valley in Whitestone, Queens. Tuna is so damn good here & they toast it to perfection.
