I didn't realize that there was a general food thread. I have so many food photos to share.
Swatow Restaurant in Toronto. I went here three times on my trip.
Sweet and sour chicken balls. It's must be a Canadian Chinese thing because I've never seen that on any Chinese menu in the U.S.
The Stockyards in Toronto. Their biscuits are incredible, probably the best biscuit I've ever had in my lifetime.
Amy Ruth's in Harlem. The "Al Sharpton".
Shake Shack in New York. It was good, but kinda expensive.
Harold's Chicken Shack in Chicago. A Chicago institution.
Chicago's Dog House. I had the alligator dog on the right.
Pequod's Pizza in Chicago. The deep dish pizza took about two days to finish eating.
Kaplansky's in Toronto. The Rubenesque.
Gibson's Bar & Steakhouse. It's expensive and that was a big *** potato.
La Banquise in Montreal. It's a 24 hour poutine joint. Look up "poutine" on Wikipedia and you'll see a photo of some poutine from La Banquise.
Schwartz's in Montreal. Their smoked meat is worth going to Montreal for.
Brit & Chips in Montreal. It was my first time having fish and chips.
Pizzeria Napoletana in Montreal. Margheria pizza.
Notre-Boeuf-de-Grâce in Montreal. This is called the "Cheese-Us".
Dinette Triple Crown in Montreal. I forgot what this pie was called, but it was delicious.
Cuisine Carabine Delite in Montreal. Guyanese jerk chicken.
Pizza Il Focolaio in Montreal. Broccoli and ham pizza, I think.
Alto Restaurant in Montreal. Chicken poutine.
Breizh café, crêperie bretonne in Montreal.
Beautys Lunchonette in Montreal. Cheese omelet with a Montreal bagel and mac and cheese before I headed out to the airport.
