Yep. I mix them together for jerk chicken wings.

Can I just tell you guys how my air fryer has really come my most used appliance. I clearly have gotten my moneys worth in the month that I’ve had it.

The best appliance my girl bought for our crib is the Ninja Foodie 5-1 grill 2 - 3 years ago. Never ate so many steaks in my life, got it down to a science grilling them steaks. As for the air fryer, I use it mostly for chicken. Leq quarters, wings, thighs, legs etc. Mostly I leave the chicken as is with all the seasoning on it, but some times I put some lemon pepper on the wings. Sweet Tai chili on the thighs, and bbq sauce on the leg quarters. I usually add the sauces when there is about two minutes remaining of the cook. My son loves putting fries and chicken tenders in there.

It's actually pretty simple really, I season it with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and grace oxtail seasoning. Let it marinate overnight. I put my grill on medium heat and depending on the size and type of steak I let it cook for 8-10 mins. Flip halfway through to get those grill marks on both sides. We like our steaks between medium rare and medium, so that timeframe works great for us. It always comes out juicy. Funny enough, what I've been doing for the past year or so is adding a dab or two of jerk seasoning on top for the last minute or two of cooking. It adds so much more flavor to meat :nthat:

Tried this jerky and I couldn’t be happier …. My son tried the ribeye and loved it so took the bag to school with him so now I’m down to just my leg of lamb and bison sliders. I snapped a couple low quality quick pics but hopefully you can see just how cool it looks that the jerky is literally a whole ribeye

Kaz Hayashi,

#FigVision

You gotta cook that fat because it looks like marshmallows attached to your steak.
