I never heard it before, but I could see it taking off in some parts of CA, like Fresno or Visalia maybe. Or the more rural Nor-Cal spots like Red Bluff, Chico and Weed.I seriously thought everyone said this.

I got some cast iron bakeware recently.
A loaf pan.
A baking pan.
A casserole pan.
A pizza pan.
This is a DiGiorno frozen pizza I baked on Wednesday evening after spending the day seasoning the pizza pan. It's going to be a learning/adjustment process for me baking frozen pizza on it because it will be different.
