Was feeling lazy tonight so I ordered Turkish instead of cooking my usual. Mixed chicken grill with grilled veggies and shepherd’s salad.

Feel like Arby’s basic roast beef sandwiches are one of those things that has its own lane and that if you understand what it is and what it’s not, they have their time and place.

Not trying to be a gourmet deli sandwich, but a simple alternative to a regular burger.

Yeah Arby’s really isn’t THAT bad for its weight class.

I’m gonna echo the BK hate though. Old people love it for some reason. That should be the biggest red flag. Straight boomer fuel.

I think you can objectively say Arby's uses higher quality ingredients than most of the large chains

At least they used to. Haven't eaten at one in some time

Eggs can be sweet only in the presence of a protein/bread before 12 noon or when used in the context of breakfast food.

Anytime after that, no sweet eggs.

I had a bacon egg and cheddar cheese
On toast with grape jelly
At 9pm on a Sunday
Tasted just as good
Even better than if it was 9am

Whatever syrup I’m putting on my pancakes is more than welcome on my breakfast sausage.

I mean, if you're eating pancakes, eggs and bacon/sausage on the same plate, some syrup is going to get on the eggs. I just learned to accept it.

Not if u put eggs separate
On a smaller plate
When I eat a bacon sandwich
Deconstructed in its original form
I put my eggs on a separate smaller dish

Even ketchup can be too much sometimes. I can only tolerate enough ketchup to get soaked into the kaiser roll. If ketchup starts seeping out when you squeeze it the sandwich has too much ketchup.
