Yea I don't know the name of THAT type of basic salsa. Gringo approved salsa. The only one that the typical American wouldn't call spicy.

Its a taqueria I go to that makes their own green sauce(aka Salsa Doña. I just learned the actual name). I hoard that **** because I cant find a store bought sauce that is spicy enough.

I tried my boys Jamaican oxtail and a family's middle eastern recipe.

These delicacies arent it. Cow tongue, oxtail, etc. Not a fan.

Oxtails are cool.

Broth is always on point but in terms of the meat (#), it's never worth the hassle/picking since there tends to be not that much on there.

Northwest Zone is having their worst sales performance in 30 years because of their dumb price increases this year and the end of 2023. Share holders are getting theirs though
