The way I grew up, my grandma, mother, father, and aunts always let chicken soak in vinegar and lemons/limes. Sometimes with (brown) sugar or salt before seasoning.

That's how I always prep my chicken. Dont know any other way.


#Cultural-

Do most think that younger white folks (lets say under 35) don't season their food?
I don't trust white women to really cook a dinner I'd enjoy unless they're Italian.

I know yall just talked about bacteria being wiped out once the chicken is cooked but I could not trust soap washed chicken :lol: :smh:

Son must've just decided to waste a pack of chicken legs for views and potentially going viral.
