Definitely try it or make it if you can. I love oysters in almost any variation...

Your shrimp tacos look great! Coincidentally enough, I also had tacos. Keep the photos coming, everyone!

Muscovy duck confits complimented with mandarin orange dust and spring slaw. Topped with an oregano vinaigrette dressing...

Blackened-cajun white fish, not sure what kind. Simmered peppers, broccoli, green bean, wild rice.

I know burnt food isn't the healthiest down the road, healthier than fried, but I heard it causes cancer or sumthing.

Is there anyone else who haven't discovered a dish too spicy for them? I must have obliterated my taste buds over the years, because I throw hot sauce on everything even though most dishes would already have people going to the toilet after the first bite.

If you've been to AT&T Park, then more than likely you've tried G&B Garlic fries.

ON POINT

Wish I had taken a close up picture of the chunks of garlic.

how old are you?

be careful bud, one day it will hit you completely out of the blue.

outside of joke/competition type dishes (think Man v. Food challenges) I havent really encountered any dish that was TOO spicy for me to handle. The problem with me though is that I've had to adjust the spicy intake, not because its too much to handle going in, but its too much to handle going out. I used to have an iron stomach and could just chomp down on raw jalapenos no sweat, but these days, not so much. My wife gives me a hard time about it cause I will be in agony a few hours after eating a really spicy dish. She always sayin "why do you eat it so spicy if you know youre gonna be in pain later?"

its just too good not to.

Was on my fat boy **** today. Mangu with queso de freir and pickled red onions, blacken chicken and shrimp (looks burnt but only blacken ;) ) with avocado :hat :hat

How do you like culinary school? I thought about going but it's expensive here and wanted to get a traditional degree first.

I'm liking it, always learning something new. The schedule can be tough depending on your schedule. I'm there 6-11 AM for my lab classes because it fits with my work schedule. Tuition is expensive, but financial aid and working full time is getting it done for me.

Ma Po Tofu, generally made with ground pork but I used ground beef instead with tofu and a spicy black pepper sauce.

Broccoli beef but I used ground beef that I had extra from the dish above.

Just a simple pan fried salmon filet with salt and pepper.

Bon Appetit!
