The restaurant I worked at growing up always did it, so I just figured I'd do it tooRaisins/Craisins in Chicken Salad = #Cultural.
But Avacado is a very solid substitute for Mayo, an expensive one, but a very solid one

When I worked in a kitchen some years ago, one of the cooks put me on to taragon as a seasoning that goes perfectly in chicken salad.The restaurant I worked at growing up always did it, so I just figured I'd do it too
Chickens, avocado, lime juice, craisins, celery, almonds, onions, jalapeno.
I mean, it's literally 95% white according to census
