I prefer lunch over big dinners, my metabolism isn’t what it used to be. Also, entertainment is for entertainers. I’m not trying to blow a bag somewhere I’m not wanted.

At least these people know how to prepare a meal, your still trying to figure out how a stove works.
Please report back with how the additional seasonings on there are. Don't think I've ever added anything more than garlic, salt, pepper.Ribeyes, will be thrown on an open fire tonight.

I think the standard idea for steak is that people want the focus to be on the meat. I'm not against additional seasonings beyond salt and pepper. I've even been thinking on marinating a steak in some way. Please report back with how the additional seasonings on there are. Don't think I've ever added anything more than garlic, salt, pepper.
I added all those things to My Bison Steak and I feel like I KILLED it. (In a good way)Please report back with how the additional seasonings on there are. Don't think I've ever added anything more than garlic, salt, pepper.
My logic is cheap and/or thin meat gets marinated. Those Ribeyes costed my $12 a pop, no marinade for themMarinating steaks is usually a bit too much for me. Gives an entirely different flavor profile. Not necessarily bad. Just different.

Agreed, if you need more flavor finish it in a skillet with butter and herbsBison is a lot more lean and the extra seasoning should help with flavoring.
Ribeyes got that fatty, rich, beefy flavor already. Just need some salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic for me.
I do add some paprika sometimes for a little extra kick. Feel like the extra cayenne and chili might be over doing it though.
Cumin can stay the hell away from my steaks.
I enjoy a smokey flavor with it. I tried it before and it went well with it.Never heard of cumin on a steak
Yea, I don't own/use butter so that isn't happening. LolAgreed, if you need more flavor finish it in a skillet with butter and herbs
