small world indeed. I live like 5 minutes away from that kolhs in Natomas Park. There is an nter that live like 2 minutes away from me and just found out few months ago rck3sactown lives right by me too lol. They doesn't come in this thread anymore tho

It looked like it was frozen at first and I guess maybe it's a time issue? You may want it rare but the middle may still have that been in a freezer taste.

Also no seasoning AT ALL is not the move.

That's high grade Wagyu plehboii. It's not frozen. All that white you see is fat. Excellent marbling. And honestly, it's so tender you don't need seasoning.

Ok. The whole thing looked like frosting like somebody just pulled it out the freezer when he had it up close.

I've had wagyu before. I need that seasoning regardless. Never just cook meat plain.
