Went to Franklin's BBQ in Austin & was disappointed except for the sausage.
Gus's in Austin was great though. Loved the spiciness.
I was tired of all American food after 6 days straight of debauchery so I ask my mom to make some caramelized spicy shrimp when I got home.

Ledos here in the mid-atlantic region now have Korean BBQ wings... Has anyone tried them? Was going to get some tomorrow night but some friends invited as out to our favorite Mexican place (LaTolteca - Fallston, MD).

They closed it?!?! I wonder why... The one in Bel Air & the one we go to in Fallston (on Mountain Rd) is nice...Nah but I'm sort of interested.
They closed the LaTolteca here in Canton
Edit - talked to my boss who lives in Canton & gave me the shuggy low down... apparently the parking is bad there. She said all the restaurants on that strip do poorly bcs of bad parking. Also they apparently had problems hiring good servers...

It's location was a bit tough. A lot of turnover in that general area. Service was a little iffy the times I had been.

At work today, my co-workers had a foodie argument asking pizza or tacos. I told them there is no way I’m picking one or the other. I love both & need both on my life.
Damn that Popeyes up there looks good especially that red beans & rice... Gotta have spicey chicken though (for me).
I need to make a good meatloaf soon since it’s fall now... kinda want to make a good boned roast for Thanksgiving or Christmas to.
