FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

My homies family in LA just entered the food industry. Haven’t gotten to try them out myself due to being in the Bay. They’re Open on weekends if anyone in Los Angeles area wanted to give em a try. It’s Eritrean x Ethiopian recipes with Mexican fusion

Great Article on Kwame Brown (long) | ClutchFans
http://bbs.clutchfans.net/index.php?threads/great-article-on-kwame-brown-long.32576/

On a road trip to Boston, the Wizards took him to an elegant French restaurant. Brown was not just shocked, but outraged, to discover that the restaurant did not serve French dressing. "Can you believe that?" he says. "No French dressing. In a French restaurant."

Then there was the matter of the salad itself. "It was tree roots," he says disgustedly. "Leaves. And branches."

For weeks afterward, Brown took a bottle of store-bought French dressing with him whenever he went out to dinner.

I’ve never had Ethiopian either, but LA’s little Ethiopia is right near me and I hear that’s is an amazing vegetarian Ethiopian joint in Downtown LA.

Choppin' it up with my Colombian parce at work and we discussing fat sandwiches. Brodie lives out in Queens and says he's got the fire deli in Whitestone, called Cristina's. Bet. I got 20 bills on it. Scoop one for me, scoop one for you. He always gets the 'Mr. Mayor.' Chicken cutlet, melted mozz, bacon, spicy french fries and ranch dressing. I had the 'Midnight Express' tonight. Chicken cutlet, cheddar, bacon, spicy fries and Russian dressing.

Definitely filling for $10 hero. Had half at the office, rest en casa. Quick way to food coma. The ratio of cutlet to patatas fritas wasn't perfected yet. I'm still partial to RU grease trucks.
