I was sitting at the counter and the place is diner style so I was watching him make it on the griddle right in front of me and when I saw him add the pepper at the end I was likeWhoa!

bought premade curry paste though. I’d advise adding delicate proteins in afterthe coconut milk, fish damn near disentegrated from all the stirring.

jimmy Johns “Gourmet Frenchie”
a pre made sandwich for $5. It was surprisingly freaking delicious and filling. The sandwich is pretty long (pause).

at a Halloween party for my friends daughter's birthday.... the appetizers were pretty decent don't have pics .. but ya here my plate paella, stuffed shells, roast beef and chicken parm... tore it up.. was pretty good

I’m a fan of baking bacon in the oven vs stovetop. My best method is folding tin foil and placing the bacon over it, the grease drips onto the foil so the bacon becomes less greasy and it’s not cooking in its own fat. We hardly use tin foil so back to laying it on the pan.
