Poke some holes at the bottom of the cup for draining
Plant 6 seeds (formed in a triangle (2 together at each point of triangle)
Lightly cover with soil

Water lightly each day

Give sunlight.

habaneros, cayennes, super chilis, jalapenos
ended up with a lot more than I could use
i still have some dried cayennes/super chilis and frozen habaneros
