Fried some lobster and shrimp..... I butterfly the Shrimp and let it sit in the batter for a couple hours in the fridge.. a mix of corn starch, corn meal, planko, flour

the lobster I seasoned a bit and added corn starch only right before frying...

Just plain, to clean up the plate.

I toast it with the tomato, after I remove the omelet in whatever fat remains on the pan. But with eggs and bacon, I'm kind of covered with protein and taste.

What I learned so far about Peruvian food - they love putting real flowers in their food.
